PFP Strength and Conditioning is only as exceptional as the name in front of it - PFP. Peter and Francesco have been best friends since they were 18 years old.They met in their undergraduate studies of Exercise Science at Manhattan College. Through the years, they have grown stronger together mentally and physically through a common purpose of spreading love, helping people, extreme discipline, working out, and exponential personal growth, forming an inseparable brotherhood.

2) What services do PFP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING offer?

PFP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING offers the following services:- One-on-One Training Sessions
- Online Coaching
- Programming
- One-on-One Boxing Sessions

3) What is the difference between online coaching and programming?

PFP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING “Online Coaching” will consist of program design by our coaches in addition to daily check-ins with our clients, weekly check-ins via video recordings for a more personalized experience, technique and video / form analysis, motivational feedback, and on-call adjustments.PFP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING “Programming” will consist of program design by our coaches and check in’s 1-2 x / month only.
Prices for “Programming” vs. “Online Coaching” vary due to the quantity of services provided.

4) Where does PFP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING hold their training sessions?

PFP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING will be able to accommodate different gym locations locally in Westchester, as long as the client covers the guest pass for said session. Currently operating out of ALATFIT in New Rochelle (5 Plain Ave, New Rochelle, NY 10801), PFP can also accomodate in-person home sessions and online one-on-one training sessions as well. These details will be discussed and worked out in their entirety during the FREE consultation interview.

5) Does PFP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING offer online training sessions?

PFP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING will also offer one-on-one remote (online) training sessions as an option based on the personalized needs of each client. Acceptable platforms for one-on-one remote (online) training sessions include Google Meet, Zoom, and FaceTime.

6) How do I pay for PFP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING’s services?

PFP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING accepts payments via cash or Zelle via [email protected].

7) What are the next steps after the consultation interview?

PFP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING will send you an official “Welcome Email” with materials that need to be completed as well as resources for each of our clients.The following forms will need to be filled out, signed, and sent back to PFP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING before continuing:
- Client-Coach Agreement
- Consent form for Photos and Videos
- Health History Questionnaire (HHQ)
- Liability Waiver
As future Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPT’s), if there is something on the HHQ that requires medical clearance, we will send you PFP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING’s “Medical Clearance Form” that will need to be filled out by your healthcare provider and returned to PFP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING. Your safety and well-being are our number one priority.

8) What are the “resources” PFP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING provides each client?

Each client will receive two of PFP Strength and Conditioning's educational materials.1) PFP’s “Anatomy and Physiology Educational Packet” replete with pertinent educational information of muscle anatomy and function as well as simplified yet essential exercise physiology information for those participating in an exercise routine.2) PFP’s “Nutrition Guidelines” packet with general nutrition principles as well as healthy food options for each macronutrient (fats, proteins, carbohydrates).
